そろそろリタイヤの年、定員を減らし仕事を少なくして　山暮らしを楽しもう、と思っています。 冬はスキー、春は山歩き、ゴルフ、テニス、夏はラフティングやカヌーと忙しくなりそうです。 遊びはアウトドア　でもキャンプはイヤという方お待ち致しております。 スキーシーズンはスキー・テレマークスキーを教えることができます。リクエストください。

Property information

2022年12月よりリニューアルオープン。定員を12名にしました。 すべての部屋が大きくなり、シャワールーム、キッチン、冷蔵庫を備えました。 スイートルームは完全分離のリビングを備え1000mからの眺望は志賀高原から野沢温泉を見渡せ、眼下には街の灯りを　朝は雲海、日の出を見ることができます。 暖房は体に優しいい温水式のヒーター、空気を汚さず安心です。 部屋にはすべてシャワールームを備えていますが、供用の展望風呂もあり貸し切りで何時でも利用できます。 レストランには暖炉とバーカウンター、大きなソファーが5脚並びます。冬は雪と暖炉に癒やされてお酒を飲むことができます。夏は窓を全開放、高原の涼しいい風が気持ち良いです。 外には芝生の大きな庭があり、夏にはBBQのコンロを貸し出しています。天気が悪くても屋根の付いたテラスがあるので安心です。 広い庭にテント張っても大丈夫、テントとゲストルームで家族全員が楽しく快適に遊べます。 夏のクワガタ採集は外に向けて灯火するだけで集まってきます。 秋から冬、春は雲海の季節です。少し早く起きてスイートルームのカーテンを開ければかなりの確率でベッドの上から雲海を楽しむことができます。 春秋はトレッキングの季節です。気ままに暮らすように泊まってのんびりするのは如何でしょうか。 管内には高速のWIFIもあるので　ちょっとお仕事ということもできます。 斑尾のメインはパウダースノー、冬のスキー場への往来は何時でも送迎します。 スキー場からペンションへ帰るときはスマホアプリから連絡をすれば何時でも迎えにいきます。 玄関・部屋はスマートキーですので予約時に送られてくる番号で時間を気にせず　いつでも部屋にチェックインできます。 1年を通してアウトドアの遊びが豊富な斑尾高原、遊んだ後にのんびり過ごせる宿としてご利用ください。

周辺のオススメ　アウトドア・スポーツ ファミリーで遊ぶのにちょうどよいもの　千曲川ラフティング（3歳から参加できます）、 斑尾高原スキー場でのジップライン（身長制限あります）、 本格的なE-MTB　電動アシストで山の中をガンガン走ります。ペンションで4台、地元に8台レンタルしていますので私の時間があればご案内します。
