The shuttle bus stop is located at exit number 2 of Shin-Osaka Station Midosuji Line. Shuttles operate between 07:00 and 22:00, and come every hour at minutes 05, 20, 35, and 50. The last shuttle departs the station at 23:05.

The property is a 15-minute walk from exit 2 of Shin-Osaka Station Midosuji Line.

Due to renovations of rooms, the hotel will be under construction between January and February 2021. Guests may experience some noise between 10:00-15:00.
