“申し込みがネットの環境が悪かったのかダブルブッキングになってしまい、当日にホテル側から言われて気付きその対応を丁寧にしていただきました。 1部屋は大人が泊まり、もう1部屋はシングルルームですが急遽子供2人泊めていただきました。朝食も2人分つけて下さり大変親切にしていただき、宿泊費が無駄にならずにすみました。対応して下さったホテル側に感謝です。ありがとうございました。”
