This is a newly authorised accommodation in 2016. I started airbnb JANUALY 2015, noticed that it was illegal to run hostels and bnbs without licence, so i got licence with almost 100% DIY. If u are interested in architecture, DIY, sounds, surfs, and beautiful seneris, I recommend u to stay here. Two guests, at the same price for 5000jpy totally. From three guests, plus 2200 jpy each. maximum 6guests. This accommodation is located in the smallest town called Shichigahama in Tohoku district in the east part of Miyagi pref. Takayama, Karuizawa, Lake Nojiri are the three most famous international VILLA in Japan. And Here is Takayama. Almost 10,000 guests from over seas come to this small international VILLA every year from May to Oct. Thanks to many guests who have stayed here so far, and thanks to the support of Miyagi pref., especially department of industrial promotion, Minstry of Health, Labor and whelfare, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transportation and Tourism, Ministry of Economy and Trade industry, and Japan Finance corporation(JFC), we safely legalized this accommodation in 2016. Matsushima, the three most famous senery in Japan is available here.
I love surfing, thats why we moved here after 3.11, the great tsunami. we love outdoor activity such as camping, skiing, snowboading, and kayak, fishing and swimming.
we do not have so many shops, or stores around. we only have break fast such cupnoodles or cans for self-checkout system. If u want something eles, please buy them beforehand.
