Property information

A labour of love as this is an own home. The property has been totally updated in 2023 with all mod cons to provide ultimate comfort with a touch of luxury just a stone's throw from the beach. The Beach Club Apartments consists of 3 unique apartments all with kitchenettes, private patio and balconies. The rooftop terrace + bar area and a garden patio/yoga shala are shared. The property is run together with Beach Club, Induruwa 350 metres away on the beach and all amenities are shared.

Neighbourhood information

Induruwa is a beautiful, small, quiet fishing village perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the larger tourist areas. It boasts a stunning and uncrowded beach and a really friendly local community. The busier and popular tourist towns of Bentota and Aluthgama are only a short drive away by tuk tuk or scooter. It is the ideal relaxing base to explore the local sights in the area and further afield.
