10 min walking to the Galle Dutch fort, Bus station, Railway station, Police station, All banks, Hospitals. Popular government school near by. Calm and quite place. Good place to live. Rentout 01st floor with roof top.. 01st floor 03 beds, 02 baths, Big living areas, big balcony and privet balconies. Roof top. Whole house fully tilled. Fully furniturred. Roller gate.
