The fine print

We do not accommodate children under 12 years of age due to the nature of our property.
An additional charge of US$ 70 per night will be applied for guests over 12 years old, inclusive of bed and breakfast.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. 50% nonrefundable deposit on the booking to guarantee, balance 30 days prior to arrival. During Peak Season 50% nonrefundable deposit to guarantee, balance 60 days prior to arrival.
Please note that the property does not have a bar at the premises at the moment. However, we hold a soft liquor license, and we charge a corkage fee of US $10 for wines and sparkling.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
