Apartamentai yra per du aukštus. Pirmame aukšte yra svetainė su židiniu bei virtuvės zona su buitine technika, wc. Antrame aukšte yra erdvus miegamasis su balkonėliu į Paupio gatvę, dušas, wc.
Apartamentai yra Užupyje, vienoje populiariausių Vilniaus vietų, kurioje gausu kavinių, restoranų, meno galerijų ir krautuvėlių bei meniškų erdvių fotosesijoms. Šalia yra garsioji siena, ant kurios kabo daugelio šalių kalbomis surašyta “ Užupio respublikos konstitucija”. Užupis - unikalus Vilniaus rajonas paliksiantis jums daug įspudžių.
