Residence secure 24/24. A private parking space is available free of charge. Possibility to park a second vehicle. Swimming pool open all year except Monday for maintenance, from 9h to 10h reserved only for women. Two children's play areas in the residence. The beach (Corniche de Martil) is 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator. Bedroom: Double bed 200 * 160, memory foam latex mattress, baby bed with latex mattress and pillow, one, heating, electric shutters, alarm clock, TV channels Iptv. Living room: Two 250 / 250cm Sofas, a 180 / 140cm sofa bed, 55 "TV, Iptv + Vod + Netflix channels, bluetooth speaker, windows fitted with sliding mosquito nets.  Cooked: Hot plates, Oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave, dolce gusto coffee machine, toaster, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and all necessary utensils.   Bathroom: Shower cabin 120/80 cm, hair dryer, towel dryer.
