As you step into the apartment, you are immediately greeted by the stunning view of the beach. The open-plan living room and kitchen area are designed to take full advantage of the view, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer uninterrupted views of the ocean. The BALCONY has a dining table with 6 chairs and overlooks the beach, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The LIVING ROOM is elegantly furnished with comfortable seating, a 65" flat-screen TV, a coffee table and AC unit, making it the perfect space to relax and unwind while enjoying the spectacular view. The KITCHEN is bright with an American style, fully equipped with a refrigerator, water boiler, toaster, microwave. You will find all needed pots & pans, dishes, glasses, and utensils. We graciously provide all fresh Moroccan spices as well as tea, coffee salt, and sugar. We also have 2 bar chairs that can be used to eat or to work. BEDROOM 1: The bedroom has an entrance to the terrace/balcony (also with Sea view). The room also has an extra AC unit for your comfort. The BATHROOM 1: has a full-size bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet with bidet. BATHROOM 2: has a sink and toilet with bidet. Overall, this apartment offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and stunning beach views, making it the ideal choice for anyone looking for a dream vacation rental.
