Our friendly staff team will be on hand to take care of you and make you feel at home. We want our guests to love Ouirgane as much as we do, and we will always go the extra mile to ensure you have an unforgettable time with us. We are happy to organise activities for you too, such as hiking or cookery classes. Riad Malak is a family business and each room is individually designed and named after a member of the family. The riad itself is named after our youngest relative, Malak, a delightful10-year-old girl living in Marrakech. We speak French, Berber and some English.

Property info

A luxurious and peaceful Moroccan riad situated in the village of Ouirgane, in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. The riad boasts a large swimming pool, plenty of outdoor spaces and terraces with mountain views, and delicious home-cooked food. All our rooms have an en-suite bathroom with hot showers and complimentary towels and toiletries. The pool area is the perfect spot to relax after hiking, or just to enjoy some peace and quiet. There are sun loungers, chairs and tables, as well as parasols, Wi-Fi and outdoor electrical sockets in case you wish to use them. There is also a large, shaded patio area near the entrance and two spacious and sunny roof terraces, where you can admire the spectacular mountain views, relax or perhaps practise some yoga. You can also enjoy a delicious Moroccan meal at our restaurant or quench your thirst with your favourite drink at the bar. A complimentary breakfast is served daily from 8am to noon.

Neighborhood info

We are surrounded by the breathtaking Atlas Mountains and just a few minutes walk away from the Ouirgane lake and weekly market. From here you can easily access trekking and cycling routes within the Ouirgane valley, as well as beginning longer treks to Imlil, Mount Toubkal and beyond. Once you arrive in Ouirgane, it is just a short walk from the main road to reach Riad Marak. The easiest way to to reach Ouirgane is a direct taxi from Marrakech which we will be happy to arrange for you. Alternatively, you can take a bus or taxi to Asni, and then a taxi from Asni to Ouirgane, or rent a car and drive here. Free parking is available.
