Apartments Klara offers stunning views of the beautiful Adriatic sea. The newly built property is only about 100 meters away from a semi-private beach and even closer to available restaurants and markets. It is well suited for large families or multi-families. The property has five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, and includes beautiful terraces with sea views. Outside of the property, you will be welcomed by palm trees, a common garden, and a stone-built grill all accessible to our guests. The apartments include free WiFi and a Satellite TV. You will also find up to date facilities including a dishwater, microwave, and washing machine. There is free parking available inside the property, space-limited.
Luka is the manager of the property who will answer any questions or concerns you may have. He can give you any recommendations you may need for your stay, including ideas for sight-seeing, restaurants, and night-life. Also, upon request, he will assist with shopping and transportation. He is very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make his guests feel comfortable. If any issues with the property may arise, he will be more than happy to resolve them. He's so happy to have guests, he welcomes everyone with a bottle of Montenegrin wine!
The property is located in a quiet, pristine, and family-oriented area. The beach, restaurants. and cafes are in walking distance from the apartments. A little further down the road, still in walking distance, you will find one of Utjeha's most popular beach get-a-ways, Rocky Beach. It's the perfect place to go if you are looking for more restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
