Property information
The flat is excellent for couples or families. It is 50 square meters in size. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a toilet on the right side of the entrance. There is a large living room with a couch and a dining space, as well as a TV and a safe. The living area leads to the bedroom, which also includes a TV. The entire flat is air-conditioned and heated beneath the floor. The flat has four windows and plenty of natural light. There is also a little private yard in front of the apartment entry that is great for dining during the warmer months.
