Objekat se nalazi na 2,5km od centra u mirnom djelu grada . Ima 11 apartmana, u 4 kuće, dok svaka od njih ima odvojene ulaze. Mir i tišina odlikuju naše apartmane.
Imamo odlicnu komunikaciju sa gostima, predlazemo im šta treba da posjete i svakako smo tu za njih 24h.
Motički gaj se nalazi u mirnom dijelu grada, sa dosta prelijepih vikendica. Blizu je skijaliste Savin kuk. Do Crnog jezera se putem kroz šumu moze stici za 1,5h.
