This elegant seaside palace, built in the 19th century, reflects the baroque style typical of the Bay of Kotor. Made from local stone, it once belonged to wealthy maritime family. Unlike later constructions, traditional palaces of this period were built without balconies, focusing instead on solid stone facades and symmetrical design. Its simple yet noble architecture tells a story of seafaring tradition and regions cultural heritage,
On the ground flor is fish restaurant "Gospar" Olny only 3 minutes away there is a local supermarket, bus station, and post office. The beach is located just outside the house. In front of the house is local street parking, but a large public parking is located 2 minutes from the apartmant.
