I wish you a warm welcome to the Villa Alba Apartments. I am pretty sure you will have a great time visiting our place as well as the surroundings. My name is Demo, a young man taking charge of the family-run business. As a person who speaks 5 foreign languages, hosting and tourism industry is something that I am definitely familiar with. I am keen on traveling, reading books, as well as passionate football lover.

Property information

An apartment-type building property, located just 40m from the beach - fantastic location. Building has 6 levels (ground floor, upper ground floor + 4 upper floors). 4 of them are functional and available for now. We dispose with 16 units – 8 studios and 8 apartments with 2 bedrooms. Studios can accommodate up to 4 people maximum, while apartments can fit 5 people. The total capacity is of a maximum of 55-60 people depending on the room configuration. All studios/apartments come with private bathroom, private balcony, kitchenette, air conditioning, TV with cable channels, free Wi-Fi, parking (on site or off-site).

Neighbourhood information

There are many places to enjoy the food and drinks in the area of just 20+ meters. There is a bakery just around the corner, and several restaurants (affordable or exclusive) just 40 meters away. Supermarket and grocery store in just 20-80m away. Beach is 40m away, and there is a public and private beaches. Old Olive tree and Old town of Bar are within the distance of 7-8 km. Ulcinj city is 13km away.
