Nasa porodia se bavi izdavanjem soba vec dugi niz godina.Iz godine u godinu se trudimo da poboljsamo kvalitet nasih usluga,sa ciljem da gosti budu zadovoljni i da se rado vracaju u nas objekat.Sobe su klimatizovane,,imaju TV,internet,,a gostima je na raspolaganju i pesplatan ogradjen parking.Sobe Jana nalaze se u naselju Podkosljun,700m o Slovenske plaze.Naselje je veoma mirno i izolovano od guzve i buke.

U blizini naseg objekta nalaze se dva minimarketa i veliki Mega market gde mozete kupiti sve potrebne namirnce.U blizini je i poznati restoran Zlatibor,gril Kuzina i kafe picerija Rabello.Na udaljenosti od 1km nalazi se manastir Podmaine.Pola sata hoda potrebno je do Starog Grada,a do autobuske stanice 15minuta.Nasi gosti cesto posecuju Nacionalni park Lovcen,Skadarsko jezero,Rijeku Crnojevica i Kotor,jer su to veoma zanimljive destinacije,a udaljene su od nas od 30min do 1h.
