A unique stone house in Kotor-Risan Bay surrounded by beautiful greenery, hidden from the road with a private beach. Enjoy the sunsets from the living room or the terrace. The house has been renovated and is equipped with new furniture and home appliances. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area. The house is located 5 km from UNESCO-protected medieval Old Town of Kotor (a 10 minute drive or a 60 minute walk along the shore with exceptional view of the Bay).
Information about directions and how to find the location with detailed description, as well as check-in will be provided after booking confirmation.
The nearest ATM, shops, groceries, bakery, rent a car are on a 10 minute walk. The nearest restaurant is on a walking distance, up to 2 min. The bus stop is 100 m away, while the main bus station is within 5 km from the house.
