The Rock is located in the private residence of Mont Vernon 3, secure, ideally located 3 minutes drive from the beaches of Orient Bay, the famous restaurants of Grand Case, the Pier Ilet Pinel, and shops of Hope Estate. Amazing and clear view of Anguilla Orient Bay, the area is well ventilated so very nice. This property is a 12-minute walk from the beach. The Rock is located in Orient Bay, in the French part of the island of Saint Martin, 5 km from Saint Martin. It features a hot tub and barbecue facilities. Free WiFi and free private parking are available. The air-conditioned units feature a dining area and a seating area with a satellite flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster, as well as a fridge and a stovetop, as well as a coffee machine. The private bathroom comes with free toiletries. Towels are provided. Guests can play mini golf on site. The area is popular for fishing, windsurfing, horse riding, diving and snorkelling.
