This spacious and fully equipped apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern residential building. Only 3km from the beautiful city center, it is a convenient and beautiful location for you. It features an elevator, free parking in front of the building, and a private garage. The apartment has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, two bedrooms with double beds, a children’s room with a bed that includes a pull-out mattress (accommodating two), two bathrooms, and two balconies with superior view. It comfortably sleeps up to six people, with a seventh person able to sleep on the sofa. Amenities include two smart TVs with internet and Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi, two air conditioners, a coffee machine, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a dedicated work desk, toiletries, towels, and drinkable tap water. The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from Capitol Mall, Biser Mall and Chevair Mall, it is in a quiet location close to everything, making it perfect for anyones needs.
