This charming property was recently renovated in 2022, it boasts bright open spaces and a large terrace. It is situated in the historic urban conservation area in the very centre of Rabat , with awarded restaurants, coffee shops , supermarkets and bus routes within walking distance. The beautifully renowned Golden Bay is only 15 minutes drive away. Also within easy walking distance are many historic locations: such as St Pauls Catacombs, Mdina (the silent city), and the Dingli Cliiffs.
Derek is of Maltese Irish descent. Is an Musical instrument builder, designer and cabinet maker. who decided in 2012 to embark on restoring and refurbishing this old townhouse in Rabat where his Maltese Grandfather Carmelo Deguara was born and raised.
At the heart of the centre of Rabat overlooking the old town. 3 min walk to the central main bus terminal in Mdina. Free parking available nearby.
