I am a Dutch man who lived in many countries like the Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Ireland, Malaysia and US in order to end up in beautiful Malta in order to enjoy the sunny climate which is there for more than 250 days per year :-))

Beautiful recent renovated modern apartment situated in a quite street nearby (1 minute walk) from the "LOVE" sign and sea/boulevard of the Maltese hotspot of Spinola Bay in St Julian's. Supermarket, restaurants, bars, night life (Parceville) and public transport are on 2-4 minutes walk distance. Apartment is part of a 100 year old Maltese house with a beautiful tile floor, a Maltese balcony and shutters. All modern infrastructures like ACs, rain shower, smart TV are available. Exceptional opportunity !
