The apartment is on the 2nd level of the building. We are about 15 minutes walk from the beach and supermarket.
The unit and all the other units were delivered in July 2019.
The beach, supermarket and multiple restaurants are about a 15 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also cab or bus it to the Cascavelle strip mall for more shopping. The Casela Nature park is about a 20 minute drive away.
Please note that the apartment is in a residential area and there is the potential of neighbourhood noise especially dog barking.
If you are renting a car then you are about 15 mins from Cascavelle; you can walk to the beach and bus station - about 15 minutes.
