The start of Summervilla was in 2011 with a 6 rooms, Which ushered a new era of true guesthouse local tourism in Maldives and we were one of the first establishments. In K.Maafushi Summer Villa provides temporary lodging by creating a differentiated experience capitalizing on personal service interrogated with Maldivian culture and various forms of excursions. The property can be reached by a ferry and a speedboat.

Transfer is also available by speedboat. Hiring a speedboat takes only 30 minutes travel time. A 24-hour advanced request is required if guests wish to rent a speedboat.

The guesthouse is located on the local island of Maafushi. Government regulations require that guests do not wear bikinis or similar swimwear while in Maafushi. However, the guesthouse will arrange trips to picnic islands for guests where these restrictions do not apply.
