You may use the main pool without a reservation; the other 2 pools on the grounds require a reservation via the customer service department. - Jacuzzis are available with prior reservation at Tower “I” and are available from 9 am to 5 pm. Each party is able to use the jacuzzi for 4 hours. A cash security deposit of 2,500 MXN is required for any possible damages and a deduction of 200 MXN for jacuzzi cleaning. If there are no damages, the remaining 2,300 MXN will be returned after jacuzzi use. A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.85 mxn / kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 28 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it. Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of 50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional 50 USD; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees (100 USD total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, USD 50 will be charged.
