We are a professional vacation rental company, we love to host new guests. We will be happy to welcome you. Remember that we are not a hotel, we are private apartments. Therefore we do not have staff working on the premises, we ask for a good communication before your arrival so that the check-in and check-out process will be easy. We will be attentive to anything you may need during your reservation.

Enjoy this apartment located on the Cancún - Tulum highway, 10 minutes from 5th. Avenue in Playa del Carmen by car. In front of the Grand Velas hotel, within the Mayakoba complex. Close to the main theme parks of the Xcaret group (Xcaret, Xenses and Xplor) It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it is ideal for families or groups of 4 people. Includes concierge service to help you book your activities and transportation! Before your arrival, we will ask you for a passport photo or identification of each of the guests who will be staying and to sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.
