My name is Giuseppe Marceletti. It is an emotion to be able to offer this experience, a place that I built over several years trying to give maximum comfort and amenities in each of its details in order to satisfy the needs of my guests. With more than 30 years of experience in hospitality, my team and I will strive to provide you with an unforgettable experience.

Property information

The residence is a building of 4 store. all suite are located in first an second floor. 3 suites are sea view. the third floor is a lounge and the solarium with a fantastic view of La Paz bay. the residence count with elevator. All suites have air condition in bedroom and bathroom. Decoration of all rooms are very nice and floor are made with wood; We have two kittens (Luna and Camila), both are very friendly and cute, be kind with them.

Neighbourhood information

The residence is located 2 blocks from a promenade. City center are a few blocks. The location is perfect and you can reach all best restaurants by walking. The nearest market is 5 blocks away. the area are very secure.

suites and an apartment. The accommodation features a lounge where you can enjoy our open bar, board games, TV and music. A Solarium where you will be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets while you relax in the Jacuzzi. A dining room where a full American breakfast is served in front of an

amazing view. Wi-Fi available in the whole property. Electronic key to enter the facility and digital code to access the room and two lovely friendly kittens, Luna and Camila.

There is a coffee shop, and a grocery delivery service is also available.

The accommodation also offers a lift, luggage storage space and tours for guests.
