"Timón" - 137m² condo in "La Mansión," San José del Cabo. 2 bedrooms, sleeps 8 (Kings, doubles, singles). 2 full baths, equipped kitchen, bar, dining, SmartTV lounge, terrace. Pool, palapa, BBQ in shared areas, lush greenery. Close to hotels, shops, dining, 5-min walk to beach, near Golf Course. Parking included. Ideal for living or vacationing in serene, appealing setting.

In front of the Hotel Viceroy, located in the Hotel Zone, you'll find numerous restaurants and bars, as well as a variety of services and supermarkets within walking distance. It's also conveniently close to the El Pescador shopping center. It has an assigned parking space, electric gate, and is located a 10-minute drive from downtown San Jose, 15 minutes from Costa Azul, the famous surfing beach, 20 minutes from the airport (via toll road), and 25 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. We recommend renting bicycles and/or scooters.
