The fine print
If you want to use all the facilities of the Vidanta Mayan Palace Hotel with the Platinum membership, you must pay directly to the Hotel a supplement of $700 pesos per person not included in the price of your reservation. The supplement as a special guest is $100 pesos per person and only entitles you to use the pools and the beach.
Additionally, a membership activation fee of $500 pesos per stay must be paid.
