The fine print
During your stay, the transportation service is included from the airport to the hotel(roundtrip), as well as all our Parks and Tours( every 30 minutes). Exclusive service for clients with a confirmed arrival at Cancun airport, the day of check-in at the hotel. By airport regulations, this service is not available for customers who do not arrive with a confirmed flight.
Stay date changes are subject to the cancelation policies.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of $200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
