Property info

This new designer unit is lovely and cozy place with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. It is a great place for family or friends gathering, for short getaway or long term stay. Facilities provided in Astetica is teriffic. With infinity swimming pool, children pool, futsal, gym, playground, rock climbing wall, and many more. Astetica is located in the heart of Seri Kembangan, with easy access from a few major highway. Komuter is also within walking distance. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

Neighborhood info

The mines Shopping Mall and MIECC is only across the road. MIECC is also just across the road. On top of that, - 10 mins to Aeon Cheras / Selatan / Econsave - 10 min to One South Shopping Mall - 10 min to C180 / Traders Square - 5 mins to Australian International School - 10 mins to UTAR / UPM / IUKL / Uniten - Walking distance to Komuter, which is only 1 station away from KL Sentral - Good location, which connect a few major highway. Including SILK Highway, Sungai Besi Highway and North-South highway.
