The property is a double storey townhouse in a gated and guarded apartment. It is located at the centre of Penang Island which make you so convenient to go to any places. The house is a 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms unit. Ground floor-A living hall, a kitchen, a shared bathroom 1st Floor- 3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom There are many amenities and shops in front of the apartment, all within walking distance. Food courts, fresh market, cafe, restaurant, bank, laundry, dental clinic, clinic, bus station, KFC, and etc. - 3 mins to Penang Bridge - 5 mins to Lotus's Hyper Market - 10 mins to Georgetown - 15mins to Gurney Drive, Kek Lok Si Temple - 25mins to Batu Ferringhi
