The property is in the Taman area, which will be very inviting for a single stay or a family stay. Always be in a peaceful, tranquil environment. Since we believe it is an excellent location for people to appreciate the environment, the roads are not very crowded. The neighbours are polite and friendly.
The location of the homestay is located 5 mins to Jawi toll. 15 mins to First bridge 10 mins to Second Bridge 15 mins to IKEA Batu Kawan & Design Village Mall 17 mins to Perai 17 mins to Simpang Empat 25 mins to USM Penang * Quick access ( 5 mins ) to Tealive, KFC, STARBUCKS, MR DIY, PizzaHut, FamilyMart, C mart Supermarket, Bask Bear Coffee, Watson and Petrol Station.
