[This unit is managed by HOMESUITE] This studio unit is located near the Kota Kinabalu airport. The unit is 5-minutes drive away from the famous Tanjung Aru beach. The unit is also only 10-minutes driving distance to the city center of KK. [Potential for noise] There is a nightclub in Block J (the next block). The nightclub is open every day until 2 am in the morning.
