Located at the heart of Johor Bahru, our house is in the same building with KSL 5 star hotel, a dinosaur theme park & KSL shopping mall , which is the top 2 mall in southern Malaysia. Our studio was previously hotel unit managed by KSL resort, which costs RM300-500 per night. Many Singaporean come regularly and shop 1 whole day in KSL.

Our house is very central and about 5 minutes drives from CIQ JB/Singapore., It has many eateries, shops and entertianment within the mall in the same building of our house. It is surrounded by many eateries and shops within 1km outside of the mall. If you wnat to enjoy relaxing massages, you can find Spa centes inside and outside the mall. There are several hotels around it too, such as Holiday Inn, New York Hotel, Paragon Hotel.
