Entire 3 rooms suite with 956 sq ft turned into a cozy stay for family & friends! It's the perfect place for a short getaway,work or even stop over before departing to KLIA. Have a great time chilling in the comfortable living & dining area,a get together while surrounded by lush greenery with natural fresh air & equipped with a wide range of modern facilities at the 5th floor.This home comes with built in wardrobe in all rooms,full kitchen cabinet and a bar counter. Suitable to accommodate up to 6 guests. Comes with lobby&waiting area,intercom & ample car park. Nearby to a few golf courses,higher learning Institutions/universities,KLIA,North-South highway direct interchange, Putrajaya&Cyberjaya ,shops & eatery and many more. Grab or taxi are widely available in the neighborhood. Basic cooking utensils are provided for light cooking purpose.
Me and my hubby Alex are cheerful and jovial persons. We love meeting peoples, like outdoor activities & love to travel. We also love home-cooked food and always like to explore new recipes and new cooking methods. We like to keep our own house a cozy place to stay. Likewise for Southville Stay we also have done up the design by ourselves and we are passionate and committed to serve you as our guests.
Our property is easily accessed via the North-South Expressway via its direct interchange at Southville City. It lies in between the Multimedia of Cyberjaya & Federal District city of Putrajaya. Only a mere 25 mins drive to KL city center and Seremban in the South zone. It is only 2 km drive to one of the popular golf courses namely Bukit Unggul Country Club and only 5 mins drive to Bangi Industrial Estate, UniKL MIAT, and 10 mins drive to University Kebangsaan Malaysia. Dengkil is surrounded by many beautiful villages and you may find many "kampung" houses and eatery or perhaps durian stores along the Dengkil road while on the way to Dengkil town or KL International Airport.
