The camping is located in mountain area Kvamskogen, surrounded by many hike options. The Såta is a midle hike that gives you amazing view over the HArdangerfjord. There is also smaller mountain road for walk and bike, a perfect spot is the Steinkvandalen with a nice lake and some old cottage. Our camping is a nature camping just by the lake Langvotnvatnet where you can go for a fresh bath or hire a boat. You can rent a place for your camping care with or without electric connection. As guest you have acess to the batroom with showe and toilet, it is unisex .

Only 12 minutt away from the beautiful Norheimsund that is by the Hardangerfjord. Also the famous waterfalls Steinsdalsfossen and Brudesløret also called Fossen Bratte is shot drive from us. Check out google for the history of "brudesløret" as an old atraction. You can drive to Samnanger and find local shops for food and wine etc at Bjørkheim, only 15 minutts away. We also highly recommend the local shop Kvamskogen landhandleri that is our local Kvamskogen daily shop. They are specialist in local food from Hardanger and also serve some of the best waffel with softice in the world ;)
