Velkommen til Rektorveien 13! Alt ligger til rette for at du skal føle deg hjemme i huset, og det er mange gode grunner for å tilbringe ferien på Nøtterøy. Huset er romslig og godt utstyrt. Det har to flotte terrasser og peis. Ved kan kjøpes på REMA 1000 butikken. Vi har gratis kaffe, te, noen søtsaker og ellers alt som er nødvendig for å lage mat (olje, salt, pepper og krydder, samt ketchup, m.m) Vi har el-lader og hvis det er behov for den, så må det avtales på forhånd. Det blir en liten ekstra kostnad ved bruk. Gjestene har alltid tilgang til begge stuer, kjøkken, gang, badet nede og begge terrasser. Tilgang til soverommene gis etter hvor mange betalende gjester som har bestilt overnatting. Er det ønskelig om å bruke flere soverom enn det som er betalt for - må det alltid avtales på forhånd. 1-2 gjester får tilgang til ett soverom, 3-4’får tilgang til 2 soverom og 5-7 gjester får tilgang til alle soverom og soveplasser. Wi-fi av høy hastighet fra Telenor, og Apple-Tv.

Vil du bo en gåtur unna badestrand (-er) og båtbrygge (-er)? Spiller du golf? Vil du bo helt ved golfbanen? Er du en ivrig skigåer eller liker du turer i skog og mark? Liker du å ha alle fasiliteter innen en 5 minutters gåtur? Matbutikk, treningssenter, bakeri, lege/tannlege, skjønnhetssalong, teater/konserter og andre kulturaktiviteter? Da har du valgt rett hus! Men det er mye mer som er å se i nærheten! Det er 6 km til Tønsberg sentrum og Tønsberg brygge med masse flotte restauranter, eksklusive butikker og parker/lekeplasser. Borre viking senter, vikingskip og viking graver er bare 20km fra huset og vitner om viktige historiske hendelser som har funnet sted i området. Det er også kun litt over 1 time med bil til Oslo sentrum (102 km) der du finner pulserende liv og mye spennende å gjøre (museer, teatre, kafeer og restauranter) Både nye Opera, Aker Brygge, Vikingskipet og Holmenkollen må bare ses.
