Sadhana Yoga Retreat is more than just a place to sleep — it’s a peaceful space where you can experience a simple and healthy yogic lifestyle. With every booking, you get a clean and comfortable room, three fresh vegetarian meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), unlimited herbal tea, and one yoga session each day, either in the morning or evening. There are no extra charges for food — it's all included. We also provide art supplies, books, and indoor games to support your rest and creativity. Our on-site yoga teachers and caretakers are always available to guide and support you. We are happy to take care of special dietary needs like gluten-free or lactose-free meals, at no extra cost. Surrounded by nature, Sadhana is a calm and welcoming place to relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
