Feathers Nest Oneroa is a stunning holiday house that won the 2021 Auckland Architecture Awards. Surrounded by lush bush, this beautifully crafted home offers a serene escape with a deck that seamlessly connects the living room and dining area to the natural surroundings, allowing for all-day sunshine. The house is thoughtfully designed with two bedrooms—one master room located upstairs and a second bedroom on the first floor. The living room and kitchen are situated on the second floor, maximizing the views and natural light. For cozy evenings, there's an indoor fireplace, and the deck features a spa for ultimate relaxation. Located just 6 minutes by car from Oneroa Bay and the Woolworths supermarket, and only 9 minutes from Matiatia Ferry, Feathers Nest combines luxury with convenience, making it an ideal retreat. Note: You need to park off the street and go down some stairs before you arrive at the house so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. Families & mature groups only.
