Located in Ohakune at the foothills of Mt Ruapehu, Rocky Mountain Chalets Ohakune provides home away from home accommodation with own parking and decks plus private in room free Wi-Fi with smart TV's. Some chalets have mountain views. We have a 16 person meeting room, access to 3 deep soak hot tubs, infrared sauna and a vending machine for drinks and snacks plus a Bike washing station. All chalets feature. Full kitchens with dish washers Washing machines and dryers. Separate lounge, dining area. Private parking outside the chalets. Carports. Decks with built in seating. Wi-Fi. 55in Smart TV's Guests can relax walking around the garden at the property. There are a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants within a 10-minute walk from the property. The closest airport is Wanganui Airport, 103 km away. Ohakune's famous children's carrot park is five minutes walk away. Hire or buy biking & snow equipment from the local retailer.
