Sea Breeze was purpose built as a guest house in 1906 and retains its old world charm, with the added modern comforts needed to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is located on the seafront and just 2 minutes walk from Napier Bus Station, supermarkets, inner-city shopping and Visitor Information Centre. The Napier War Memorial Conference Centre and McLean Park sporting venue are within an easy walk. Sea Breeze is recommended in Lonely Planet ,Rough Guide, Footprints and the New York Times. The guest wing is upstairs, with each guest being given a set of keys to come and go as they please. The three luxurious guest rooms have either an Imperial Asian, Turkish, or Indian influence. Two rooms (Imperial Asian and Turkish) have ensuites and the third (Indian) has a private bathroom, right next to bedroom. Free parking available across the road (50 meters), next to Bay Skate.
Sea Breeze is located on the iconic Marine Parade seafront. The beachfront boardwalk links the downtown shopping area with all the Marine Parade attractions such as the Ocean Spa, Museum, Art Gallery, Mini Golf, Picnic and BBQ areas, Playgrounds and the National Aquarium. Sea Breeze is ideally located, within a few minutes walk to Napier's famous Art Deco architecture. It is close to a wide range of restaurants, bars and eateries. The Hawke's Bay coastal walkway and cycle pathways are at your doorstep. There are a number of scenic parks, wineries and activities within a 5-20 minute drive.
