A 13 year old custom designed 2 storied house with shared common areas including gardens a fish pond, and access to beach and safe Estuary swimming. Public transport is a 10 minute walk away. Situated on a quiet private road in a quiet suburb mid way between Tauranga City and Mt Maunganui ocean beaches, voted top beach in New Zealand 5 years in a row, and extensive harbor. 2 parks and walking tracks within easy reach. We pride ourselves for being a reputable B&B and will refuse guests that try to use us for elicit purposes.
Phil and Liz are a very friendly couple, keenly interested in meeting people from other countries and cultures, and welcoming travelers into their home. Our pets, 2 dogs are also very friendly. At this time we are still open to accept guests and are taking extra care to keep our guests safe by wiping down and sanitizing surfaces, light fittings and door handles etc with anti - bacteria wipes.
The neighborhood is a lovely quiet private road fronting onto a quiet and safe Estuary on the upper reaches of the Tauranga Harbour. Local residents are friendly and it is a very safe neighbourhood.
