La casa se encuentra en un condominio a media cuadra de la entrada del Club Regatas (La Cantuta). El clima es ideal todo el año. La casa cuenta con chimenea interior, sala, comedor, 4 habitaciones. En la parte externa hay un amplio jardín, parrillera y mesitas para pasar un agradable día. Se puede colocar una piscina estructural de 3m de diámetro a solicitud.
