Nice modern studio in secure residence with caretaker and digicode. Relaxation area with swimming pool and gym. Renovated, air-conditioned, equipped and comfortably furnished, WIFI & Netflix included. Private covered parking. Beautiful view on the Rade de Papeete and Mont Aorai.
Residence located at the western entrance of the city. Close to the main roads (by car: airport 7 minutes, city center 5 minutes, ferry dock 6 minutes). Amenities within walking distance: Carrefour supermarket & Hilton Hotel and its restaurants 5 minutes Place To'ata (Heiva, concerts, shows...) and its restaurants 5 minutes away Paofai Clinic - Medical Center 5 mn City center (market, shops...) about 20 minutes Ferry dock (cruises, shuttles to Moorea...) about 30 minutes
