This contemporary Polynesian villa is one of the few rare houses to have a unique, panoramic and breathtaking 180-degree view of the lagoon and the ocean, from all the rooms of the house! Located on a hilltop, and in a short cul-de-sac street, this villa is very well ventilated, and sheltered from all noises and looks. Renovated from floor to ceiling in 2019, Villa Honu has since been very well maintained and has a newly fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The villa offers a private heated outdoor jacuzzi, a very large terrace with a dining area, sun loungers, umbrella, and outdoor furniture. Tennis racquets and balls are available along with two sets of snorkeling equipment. This magnificent villa is in the luxurious Legends Residence in Haapiti, which is a 7-hectare gated community where exotic wood, Moorea stone and perfectly maintained tropical vegetation blend together. Legends Residence offers all the comforts with a swimming pool, a fitness center and a tennis court. This area is completely secure, with restricted access, cameras, and onsite attendant. There is a very serene, authentic and relaxing atmosphere. It is located 5 minutes from the beach by car.
We are a French American family who fell in love with Moorea and Villa Honu, located in the incredible Legends Resort, which is gated community with pool, tennis and a fitness center. We live in Southern California and enjoy traveling quite a bit. We would be happy to welcome you at Villa Honu.
