SK Residence is a peaceful and executive family guesthouse. Stay at SK Residence will give you a convenient access to all the major places of Islamabad: 15-minute drive to Centaurus Mall & Safa Gold Mall. 30-minute drive to Airport. 4-minute walk to nearby market (KFC, Broadway, Dominoes etc) We offer: - 24/7 room service and staff. - Complementary breakfast and minibar. - Parking Space. - Free Wifi (50 Mbps), 24hrs CCTV surveillance - All basic amenities (AC, TV, Washroom essentials, linens etc) Rules for Couples: 1) Only married couples are allowed. 2) SK residence has the right to ask for Marriage Certificate or CNIC at time of reservation/entry. 3) SK Residence has the right to cancel the entry to the guest is unable to provide the Marriage Certificate/CNIC. General Rules: 1) Loud music, drinking or use of any drugs within the premises of SK Residence is not allowed. 2) Smoking in the common sitting areas is not allowed. There is a dedicated smoking area on the terrace, with a good sitting and a good scenic view of the Margalla Mountains. 3) During your stay at SK Residence, if a guest pays a visit to you, they are not allowed in the rooms. You can entertain them in the common sitting areas only. An exception to this rule is blood relatives: Spouse, Siblings and Parents. SK Residence will need proof of your relationship to allow the entry of the guests.
