Welcome to my little haven in Monte Estoril, Cascais. You’ll find this quaint ancient fishing village a delight; full of restaurants, bars, a theatre, golf course, casino, all within walking distance. The beach and a beautiful promenade is also 3 mins walk from the apartment, which is set in a rebuilt villa typical of this region where royalty used to spend their leisure time. The train journey to Lisbon city centre is about 30mins, and the train station is 3 mins walk from the apartment.

Very beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Safe to walk day and night. There’s a public garden with its own lounge cafe within walking distance as well as various shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy to walk anywhere from the centre of Estoril, where the casino is, to the centre of Cascais, a large and quaint town with everything you’d hope to find in a city. You can also easily call taxi services(such as uber) or get a bus. The train station is 3 mins walking distance and you can get to Lisbon in 30 minutes and enjoy a beautiful train ride by the river Tejo, or 2 minutes going the other direction towards Cascais.
