Proprietatea este curată,cu un decor plăcut și dispune de toate facilitățile necesare, amplasată Intr-un loc liniștit ,cu mijloace de transport și magazine in imediata apropriere.
Ca și gazdă,sunt deschisă nevoilor și cererilor din partea celor care ne sunt oaspeți și dacă ei vor alege această locație, sunt convinsă că va fi o bună alegere.
Cartierul in care este locația,este un cartier liniștit ,cu magazine in apropriere,foarte aproape de apartament ,se găsește magazinul alimentar "TOP",parcuri,la câteva minute 8-10 min de mers pe jos,spitalul de copii,stadionul oțelul....etc
