The Dauerbach Palace in Victoriei Square was built between 1912 in Art Nouveau style according to the plans of the architect László Székely. The building is known as the Palace, after the Palace cafe and restaurant, which were set up right after the building was completed. A pharmacy also functioned in the northern part of the ground floor. The facade of the building is divided into five parts, a central one made up of three parts, higher, which at the level of the roof has three pediments in the shape of an ogival brace. The two sides have two pilasters each, and the upper level has a pediment and a lower roof. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, in perhaps the most beautiful historical building in Timisoara, namely the Dauerbach Palace. The apartment was recently renovated in 2024. It is equipped with everything you need to have an excellent stay in Timisoara. The building in which the apartment is located is right in the center of the city, Piata Victoriei. The double bed is very spacious and has a size of 180x200 cm, and the sofa bed has a size of 150x200, it is also very comfortable because it has a mesh on springs. Both are from the Agache company in Lugoj. The TV is Samsung and is a smart TV with a diagonal of 127 cm.

Piața Victoriei, fostă Piața Operei, este una din piețele centrale ale municipiului Timișoara, locul în care Timișoara a fost proclamată în 20 decembrie 1989 primul oraș liber din România. La polii opuși ai pieței se găsesc Catedrala Mitropolitană la sud, iar la nord Palatul Cultural, cu Teatrul Național "Mihai Eminescu" și Opera. Dinspre Operă spre Catedrală promenada de pe dreapta se numește „Corso”, iar cea de pe stânga „Surogat”. În jurul pieței se găsesc instituții culturale - Opera Română, Teatrul Național,Teatrul German de Stat, Teatrul Maghiar de Stat,Catedrala Mitropolitană, cinematografele Timiș, Capitol și Studio, Muzeul Banatului, galerii de artă și multe magazine. „Corso” este denumirea promenadei care pornește de la Operă spre Catedrală, pe partea dreaptă. În trecut acesta era locul de plimbare al înaltei societăți timișorene, bine iluminat, cu restaurante și magazine de lux. Vizavi de clădirea Operei, pe dreapta, se află clădirea veche a Hotelului Timișoara. Lângă acesta, la începutul Bulevardului Republicii, se găsește Palatul Weiss. De aici începe promenada propriu-zisă, cu Palatul Lloyd care adăpostește rectoratul Politehnicii, iar la parter și faimosul restaurant Lloyd. În ordine urmează Palatul Neuhausz, Palatul Merbl, Palatul Dauerbach, Palatul Hilt și, la capăt, Palatul Széchenyi.
